These Terms govern your relationship with the operator of madnixx.com and set forth the legally binding conditions under which you access and use the site, effective as of 1 January 2025.

5. One Account Policy: Players may only maintain one (1) account per individual. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts will be terminated, and balances may be subject to forfeiture.

Player Conduct

Protective Clause: madnixx.com reserves legal right to pursue civil and/or criminal remedies for infringement of intellectual property rights.

Privacy & Data Protection

• Privacy Commitment: madnixx.com processes all personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws (including AU privacy requirements).
• Data Processing: All user data may be used for account management, legal compliance, anti-fraud measures, and marketing communication, strictly as described in the Privacy Policy. Data may be stored and processed in Curacao, Cyprus, or other compliant jurisdictions as necessary.

Changes to Terms

• Amendment Procedure: madnixx.com may amend these Terms at any time, with updated versions taking effect upon publication to madnixx.com and notification to Users by email and/or prominent on-site banners.
• Continued Use: By continuing to use madnixx.com after an update, Users agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
• Non-Acceptance: Users who do not wish to accept material changes must discontinue use of madnixx.com and may request account closure and withdrawal of available funds, subject to any applicable restrictions or regulatory requirements.

Effective Date: Latest Terms effective from 1 January 2025.

Termination & Suspension

1. Grounds for Termination: madnixx.com may suspend or terminate accounts for:
   • Violation of these Terms or any applicable law
   • Provision of false or misleading personal information
   • Suspected fraud, cheating, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct
   • Failure to meet KYC/AML verification standards
2. Procedure: Upon account suspension or closure, Users will be notified by email to the address on file with the reasons for such action and instructions on reclaiming any available balance, subject to regulatory and bonus conditions.
3. Refund Policy: Subject to satisfactory completion of any pending investigations, unutilized account balances (excluding bonus funds) shall be returned using the original payment method wherever possible. madnixx.com reserves the right to withhold or seize funds in cases of legal or regulatory obligation.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be escalated to the Curacao Gaming Control Board (GCB) as licensing authority or the relevant competent authority in AU as required by Australian law.
  • Except where otherwise required by Australian consumer law, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in Curaçao, or to the courts of Curaçao, at operator discretion. By using madnixx.com, you consent to such jurisdiction and procedure.
• Local Consumer Protection: These Terms do not limit rights afforded to AU residents under mandatory Australian consumer protection law.
